Some 1500 Afghan refugees living in Iranian camps have volunteered to return to Afghanistan and have actually returned. Afghans crossing into Iran report that the Taliban power is broken and there is peace. More important, the word in western Afghanistan is that there will soon be large quantities of foreign aid coming in.
