Iraq is blaming Iran for backing armed Islamic fundamentalists who are holding several Iraqi villages in northern (Kurdish controlled) Iraq. In this case, the Iraqi charges are probably true, as the more extreme Iranian religious leaders go for that sort of thing and have the power to provide the kind of support the armed group in Iraq is apparently getting.
