The Iranian defense minister noted that Saddam Hussein can only be overthrown by military force and that this is what American will have to use if Saddam is to be overthrown. While Iran is officially against such an attack, the majority of Iranians, in and out of the government, want Saddam out of power, and don't care how it's done.
