Iran says it will remain neutral in the war in Iraq and will not get upset if stray missiles land in its territory. At least two American missiles have done so already. Iran has also ordered the Iraqi Shia opposition group based in Iran, SAIRI (Supreme Assembly for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq) to stay out of the Iraq war.
