 North Korea is thought to have built at least one nuclear weapon, but has not tested it yet. North Korea has hundreds of ballistic missiles, most of them local versions of the Soviet era SCUD. These missiles are relatively crude. This is known from people familiar with the North Korean missiles sold to Iran in the 1980s. It's longer range missiles are also crude, but somewhat effective. Actually, that describes North Korea's overall military capabilities; crude, but somewhat effective.
