Algerian police arrested a Moslem radical wanted by American police for participation in a 1999 plot to bomb US targets. The date of the arrest was not given. The suspect, Abdelmadjid Dahoumane, was taken into custody as he arrived from Afghanistan. The US has offered a $5 million reward for Abdelmadjid Dahoumane's arrest. He has already been indicted in America.
