Russian police arrested another member of the outlawed Japanese terrorist group Aum Shinrikyo (now renamed Aleph). The suspect was caught with weapons, explosives and documents indicating plans to make attacks in Japan. Aleph manufactured nerve gas in the 1990s. The second largest number of members (after Japan) has been in Russia. Three Aleph members were arrested last year.
