Cracking down on Islamic charities that feed money to al Qaeda through back channels is going to be very difficult. Many rich and powerful Arabs contribute to these charities and do not want evidence published that some of their money has gone to terrorist groups. These powerful people also do not want the good (non-terrorist) works of these charities to be disrupted. --Stephen V Cole
