Iran has released more details on its FADJR rocket artillery systems. Both types are mounted on modified Mercedes-Benz 2624 trucks, which have 10 wheels on 6 axles. FADJR-3 has twelve 240mm rockets. Each 407kg rocket can reach a maximum range of 43km, carrying a 90kg warhead. The entire system is 10.45m long and weighs 15 metric tons. FADJR-4 has only four rockets, but they are massive 333mm types. Each of these 915kg rockets has a range of 75km. This system, complete with its truck, also weighs 15 metric tons.--Stephen V Cole
