: Romania is negotiating to buy two British Type-22 destroyers: HMS Coventry and HMS London. These ships (with refits for new guided weapons and a medium-caliber gun) would be the most powerful in the Romanian Navy and improve its ability to operate with NATO forces.--Stephen V Cole
