British peacekeepers in Kabul arrested a "known terrorist." Al Qaeda and Taliban terrorists have been operating in Kabul, and other Afghan cities. Most Afghans do not support the terrorists, especially the ones who are not Afghans. But the terrorists have lots of cash, and that can buy a lot of protection in Afghanistan.
