Intelligence officials from Afghanistan, Pakistan and the US have met and worked out better methods of exchanging information. In the past, bureaucracy, lack of the proper radios and poor planning has presented US, Afghan and Pakistani troops from quickly communicating with each other about Taliban or al Qaeda troops in their vicinity.
