The Air Force is developing techniques, tactics, and technology to bomb specific individual moving vehicles. The concept requires two airborne radars (usually a JSTARS and a tactical bomber) and updates the falling JDAM bomb through a data link. In one test, the 2,000 bomb landed within 25 feet of the moving vehicle, more than sufficient to wreck anything but a tank.--Stephen V Cole
