Albanian police announced the discovery of a large weapons cache in a border village (Tropoja district) on the Kosovo border. The cache included mountain artillery pieces, mortars, anti-tank missiles, as well as small arms, ammunition, and explosives. The Hungarian foreign ministry announced that Yugoslav opposition leaders and delegates from the Balkans Stability Pact signatory states will meet in October in the Hungarian town of Szzeged.
