Japan has threatened a first strike against North Korea if the northerners continue to make threats against Japan. North Korea has announced that it has missiles that could reach Japan. North Korea denies that it has nuclear weapons, but says it has the right to possess these weapons and has all the components needed to produce nukes. Japan, unfortunately, does not have aircraft with the range and bombing capability to attack North Korea from Japanese bases.
