The British will complete the upgrade of 100 Tornado-F3 air-defense fighters by Feb 2003. The upgrade includes integrating the AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile, an improved Identification Friend-or-Foe system, and a new laser inertial navigation system.--Stephen V Cole
