The US Air Force has formed its third squadron of Predator recon drones, the 17th Reconnaissance Squadron. This unit will not reach full strength until 2005, when it will have 20 Predators and five ground control stations. All of these Predators will be armed to attack ground targets.--Stephen V Cole
