Warplanes: F-22s Need A Tune-Up

November 24,2008: The U.S. Air Force wants to upgrade a hundred of its F-22 fighters, at a cost of about $83 million each, to bring these aircraft up to date, and make them more reliable. There are currently 131 F-22s in service.
