Canada wants to improve its firepower by upgrading or replacing its 155mm self-propelled M109A4 howitzers. Options include upgrading the M109A4s or buying new towed or mobile or self-propelled 155mm guns. Another option would include using multiple rocket artillery to replace some of the howitzers.--Stephen V Cole
