The US and Britain are offering more evidence about Iraq's biological, chemical and nuclear weapons program. More defectors have been coming out of Iraq over the last year, and some have been working on these programs. Their claims can only be confirmed by comparing their information to other intelligence information, and that takes time because other agents or technical methods are used to do this. As a result, Britain and the the US have been reluctant to share all of their evidence with other European nations, lest agents or methods be compromised (the information gets back to Iraq.) But even without revealing all the sources, the picture of Iraqis weapons programs are making more nations nervous. Unlike previous terror attacks against specific target, a biological weapon could easily get out of hand and spread far beyond the borders of the target nation.
