Britten-Norman Aviation, a small British company that builds the Islander and Defender aircraft, has been placed into receivership and is up for sale. Most of the staff has been laid off, leaving only a skeleton crew of 21 to maintain the buildings and tools until a new owner is found.-Stephen V Cole
